A modern and comfortable holiday house, situated on the first floor of a big villa, located in the touristic area of the little coastal town of Ascea. The holiday house boasts a priviliged position, at about 70m from the large and sandy beaches, and from the renowned Blue Flag sea of Ascea Marina, as well as the Poseidonia Beach Club. The accommodation also dists 50m from the center of the town and 2.5km from the famous Archeological Site of Elea-Velia, Heritage of UNESCO. The 80-square-meters apartment can host a maximum of 5 guests. It consists of a big and bright living room, an equipped kitchen, a dinner room with table, chairs, couch, TV LCD and air conditioning. There are also two bedrooms: the first one is a double bedroom and the second one is a bedroom with two single beds. There are also two bathrooms with shower, bidet and a washing machine. Outside, there is a big and exclusive terrace with a lunch zone. The house is also equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer, car park and free wi-fi.
