Villa Kalithea is a modern and comfortable detached villa with swimming pool only a few minutes from the fine sandy beaches and the tourist center of Castellabate. Located in a residential area of the town about 2,5 km from the long sandy beaches of Punta Licosa. The villa has a Mediterranean garden with private pool of about 1,300 square meters fully fenced. The outdoor areas are equipped with a a large portico of 40 square meters with direct access to the garden and pool. The patio is equipped with barbecue and dining area perfect for outdoors dinner. The holiday house of 140 square meters can comfortably sleep 8 guests. Not far from the picturesque places of Castellabate and Acciaroli you will find the ideal place for a relaxing holiday in the Cilento Coast. Upon entering, you will find the spacious and light flooded living-cum-dining room. Besides the dining table, there are two large sofa beds which offer sleeping accommodation for possible fellow travellers. The eat-in kitchen of solid wood is furnished with a full oven and a dish washer, among other things. The living room as well as the eat-in kitchen offer access of the terrace. The two bedrooms of this holiday home with pool in the Cilento are doubles. The two bathrooms are equipped with shower, WC and bidet. The villa also offers Sat-TV with foreign channels, wifi and a washing machine. Upon request, the owner will gladly furnish a children’s cot. Central heating and air conditioning provide for pleasant temperatures in summer as well as winter. There are two shaded parking spaces in the propriety. Car necessary to reach the villa.
