The house is located in a jaw forest, only a few steps from the sandy beach of Ascea-Velia (approx. 20 m) and near the slopes of the ancient acropolis Elea-Velia, obligatory stop for anyone who wants to get to know Parmenide’s homeland. We are in Marina di Ascea and from Villa Moscariello you have the possibility to reach in a little time, besides the splendid beach, also all the main tourist attractions of cultural and environmental interest in the National Park of Cilento such as Acciaroli, Camerota, Padula, Paestum, Palinuro, Pertosa, etc. The indipendent villa rise in a pleasant environmental context, in the heart of a splendid jaw forest where it is possible to walk around and enjoy the freshness given by the shadow of the palms, jaws and poplars and to reach the beach through a path crossed only by a few lucky owners that live in that park. The beach is characterized by grainy sand and provides a perfect environment for families with children, thanks to the shallow and clear waters. Thanks to the exclusive position of the villa, the beach is visited only by people resident in the Park. Villa Moscariello has an outdoor shower, parking space, patio, two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with three single beds, a large living room with TV-SAT, relaxation room, with armchair bed, fully equipped kitchen; a comfortable bathroom with tub and a second bathroom with shower. The vacation home has a beautiful open patio that is surrounded by the characteristic Mediterranean vegetation and that offers the possibility to enjoy the fresh air and to spend pleasant evenings outdoors. The villa is completely fenced and has a parking space. Villa Moscariello is located in a jaw forest without traffic, from which you can directly get to the beach without meeting any danger for your children that will move in the highest safety.
